PROBLEMS FACED BY MINORITY EMPLOYEES

The confidential report of the minority Officers Employees is spoiled intentionally.

Though minority Officers-Employees are competent, and though their confidential report are good, opportunity of working on the Executive post is not being given.

With a biased view in mind, and in violation of principles of natural justice, procedures like suspension / Departmental Enquiry etc, are being initiated against the minority officers Employees.

Without considering the merits, they are being deliberately transferred to difficult places just for the purpose of harassment

In the decision process, adequate representation is not being given to the Minority Officers- Employees.

They are being tortured mentally by making use of baseless, unsigned/unnamed letters received through post,

They are being compelled to go to the Court even in cases which can be solved at administrative level.

Inspite of doing the Government job in the best manner, they are being harassed,
